You didn't cite that ancient blog post when you posted your lie, and
that ancient blog post doesn't back up your lie, either. You did read
the (also ancient) update in the middle of that ancient blog post,
didn't you?

10th June 2006: The IPW3945 driver for Linux has finally been
released

FWIW, in case you should ever again want to try to pretend to understand
anything about it, the driver has been included in the Linux since
version 2.6.24, over two years ago. Before that, it was available as a
module outside the kernel tree. Before that, there was another driver
for the chipset which relied on the older wireless subsystem in the
kernel.

Assuming you're not lying about that, I don't know and don't care. As
long as you don't post FUD such as "The IPW3945 WiFi card still isn't
fully supported under linux", nobody minds if you can't/won't use
GNU/Linux.

Yup.

I don't know whether you are or not, but you frequently post as if you
are extremely stupid.

Eh, just for the record, it was posted in February 2006. The update
that the driver fully supports the card was added in June 2006.

Even so, it comes out less garbled than when he takes a shot at
original thought.

Then we agree that the point you were trying to make is a ridiculous
one.

If someone doesn't want to learn Japanese because he doesn't have time
or doesn't like learning things, that's fine.

OTOH, if that person who won't learn Japanese takes every available
opportunity to say things like "Japanese is not ready for prime time"
and "Chinese is better than Japanese" and "Japanese speakers are
losers", everyone will think that person is a malicious idiot.

GNU/Linux *is* much better than the payware OS you're using.

> It ain't.

You don't know because you can't compare them; you don't understand
anything about GNU/Linux.
