I have same issue

I applied the "Rollup 9" but don't work

Configuration:
SBS2008 Exchange2007
Outlook 2007

Outlook 2003 work very good

issue since 09 dec 2009 I apply 4 hot fix:

I try to uninstall from server and workstation :

but the issue persist.

waiting for new updates I restore backup before 09 dec 2009.
I have 75 workstation and 3 site whith this issue

removed..
