Resistor sortiment
Hi, I am an hobbyist and I would need a collection of resistors. So a box where there would be - let's say 20-40 each value of resistors available. I haven't found such in Finland but I am sure there is a web-store which has such. They should not be surface mounted. I am also interested same kind of a package ... 9 Dec 2009 18:53
Cassette tape speed adjustment
Assuming my test tape is stretched (I doubt it , as it would have to be even stretch the whole length). I normally test speed monaurally so the beats are unmistakable. That is 1KHz test tape output and floating accurate 1KHz sine signal both fed into one headphone cup. Easily gives 0.1 percent resolution (assuming ... 15 Dec 2009 00:19

Which is it, RG59 or RG6?
I hope you guys can help me again. I gather from posts here that RG6 is better than RG59, is that right? Could the use of of RG59, 33 feet, for at least one tv be responsible for my bad reception on that tv? I'm using co-ax for distributing tv from my DVDR to TVs throughout the house. (The DVDR tunes in the... 11 Dec 2009 22:27

RCA 20F420T Shuts Off and On
This is a strange one... the set comes on and works normally for a few minutes, then starts turning off and on at random. It goes through it's screen wipe effect each time, which suggests that something is signaling the normal power off/on function, not as if it's shutting down from an overload condition etc.... 8 Dec 2009 11:56
