Well, to me it looks like Elgato Eye TV and Silverkeeper Scheduler have
set themselves up to auto-boot the computer. I'd check their prefs :-)

There's nothing in their preferences that should cause an auto-boot so one of
'em must be misbehaving. I'll discipline them one by one to find the
miscreant.

EyeTV *was* the guilty party. Removing EyeTV Helper solved the problem.

Inneresting. It doesn't do that here, so it's presumably a dodgy
setting somewhere rather than an inherent fault.

New version of EyeTV came out recently, might see if that sorts it?

That's the one I'm using (3.4). I've just discovered to my annoyance that
launching EyeTV makes EyeTV Helper active again.
