If you tilt the can, you'll sometimes get a freezing liquid from it, but
not generally.

There should be fans around the GPU. If you can get inside the machine
it might be worth cleaning the dust out of the fans.

Yes, but the air itself is quite cold as well. Probably best not to do it
when the machine is on.

Its much easier with freezer spray, which incidentally is good for
problem solving on circuit boards anyway.

Indeed not. But generally, the air is not so cold that you can't spray
it onto your skin.

Your newsreader should wrap lines a bit more conservatively I think. I
keep having to rewrap stuff you've quoted.
