Hawking has a two time theory. I believe Einstein had one. One time is
for his motion and the other for his gravity. There are two time rates
that slow down for matter. They can also speed back up.

Rate of time is location,location,location. Even here on earth time is

There are Two Times corresponding to the two sloweddown ratesin the
universe. Gravity first lowers time rate then energy speeding up
lowers the second time rate. Changing energy speed through space is
the second dynamic time next to changing gravity.
