I think that the vast majority of people aren't seeing any issues. For
the minority that are, an unofficial "return it or have a free bumper"
policy is much more likely, I reckon.

I'm sure that's current policy. I'm talking about what they *could* do,
and what I think is more likely than a "bumper in the box" policy.
