FF is up to 3.6.8 (I think) but I am using Chrome. I do run the
updates regularly.
I have been lurking in the Mozilla newsgroups and have read enough to
stick with TB version 2 as you have done.

Fair enough; thanks but I already use Windows 7 and am aware of the
different flavors ... which is why I questioned something called "Win 7
limited".
