Not lately. Sometimes people tell me about those areas, how whole
villages spoke 100% Dutch or German. But that's nearly all gone as far
as folks tell, except maybe for some Amish stettlements.

Western MI ( Grand Rapids, Holland ) is very Dutch. UP is more
Scandinavian, especially Finnish.
