Updates KB978474 and KB979771 downloaded but will not install I've tried downloading and installing from the icon as well as from the website. I've turned my computer on and off a few times. Bottom line I now have several copikes of each of the updates but none will install. How do I fix this and also delete the extra copies of the updates? Thanks for any suggestions... 18 Mar 2010 03:45

Is it possible? Question: 1. Is it possible to make a copy (backup) of already downloaded & installed Windows Update files in my computer? 2.
