Int. Explorer black toolbars
Off and on two of my toolbars show up black with yellow stars for Favorites and icons for Home etc. I can see the desktop in slices through one of the black strips. WLM msgs listed OK but all unreadable after SP3+IE8

USB, optical mouse problem
Hello, On freshly installed Windows: mouse pointer is frozen on Windows startup, but keyboard is OK. It is USB optical mouse and there is a light under it. Time updating but not calendar date
The date & time are set to automatically update, and the time zone and location are correct. Yesterday, the date was updated as it was reporting November of last year.
