From: Janine on 20 Feb 2010 20:07 Tammy, You don't have to have Full Screen Reading Mode turned on all the time (especially Outlook) just click on it at bottom right of screen or assign a shortcut key to give yourself a choice. As an aside, I did some more research today in the commands for Ribbon Not In Use. Even though I prefer Reading Mode with all its features you can (at least so far in the Public Beta 2010) still assign a shortcut key to the old style Print Preview and/or add it to your Ribbon or QAT and save your customisations in 2010. The command is "Print Preview Edit Mode". Don't know how long the command will be available but it is there if you want to assign a shortcut to it. Whoever was asking about my help file my answer is: The help file is in my Public Beta questionmark - I don't remember where I got my download. Could have been MDSN or some other link - there were about 4 links I received. Sorry I can't be much help there. From: Janine on 20 Feb 2010 20:19 This is a very contentious issue I see. I think full screen reading view is because people are Screen Reading documents more these days rather than just willy nilly printing everything out. So it is a great space to work on the document on screen - the larger the screen the better. It is also just as easy to work on the document in the usual print layout view too. The only key point is CTRL F2 only allows Print Preview and Print Options.
