I was quite interested to find that an injury to may arm (which has
screwed up some of the subtler movements of my hand) make the Mighty
Mouse utterly useless to me. I struggle to scroll horizontally and keep
hold of the mouse, and I simply can't do the two-finger back/forward
gesture without holding the mouse with my other hand.

I'll stick to my trackpad and save my money :)
