You'd have to leave no later than 9:30 at the most. It is a 7 min walk
to KX but on all that Eth* beer it might be 15. Then negotiating King's
X station and waiting for trains and finally making it to Paddington and
your platform should be about half an hour. This might be a conservative
estimate, of course; you could make it in less but unless you want to
crash out in somebody's sofa in the Capital....

I'm afraid I wouldn't be coming along for a lot of the way -I live in
Kentish Town, Camden; I could, conceivably, even walk home from Merkato
(Iabout 25 min walk; probably won't, that'd be too healthy).
