Schengen compliant is NOT about the money (although the UK doesn't
belong to the eurozone either) but that you can pass the border without
going through customs checks.
And no, that doesn't apply to the UK either.

Do you have the ability to do a wire transfer?

What about PayPal?

Or Western Union?

If you would like, I can inquire of my bank and see what forms of
international transfer they will accept.

Presuming we can find something that will work, I'd be willing to help
you out. You pay me the cost of the disks plus shipping to get them to
you (what ever method you choose) and I'll complete the order from the
US and ship the disks to you once I receive them.

If you are interested, reply to my email and we can try to work this out.

As well as the Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey). They even have
issued them separately, so you got Jersey pound notes, but also Guernsey
ones. The smaller islands do not issue their own notes, though.
