I think so.

C:\Windows\winsxs takes up the lion's share of Vista.

c:\ = 35.4 GB

C:\pagefile.sys = 3.29 GB

C:\MSOCache = .53 GB

C:\Program Files = 3.52 GB

C:\ProgramData = 1.35

C:\Users = 2.17 GB

C:\Windows = 20 GB (where C:\Windows\winsxs = 9.72 GB and
C:\Windows\System32 = 4.02 GB)

The rest is scattered in various files and folders of less than 300 MB
each.

D:\ = 13.3 GB

D:\Program Files = 11.8 GB (227 apps, some folders have been
uninstalled)
