If I remember which one it was I'll let you know - it was a while ago. Fairmount (or rather Handbrake via Fairmount) saw a large number of big-but-fake sections and just got sort of hung up. It might have got there eventually but only after, say, a day or so of churning away. What I like about RipIt is that if you find a DVD that doesn't work you can let the authors know and they'll buy it, then modify the app so it works with it.
