From: gtr on 23 Jan 2010 12:07 Speaking of Unison, how many 1.8 users have migrated to 2.x yet? I am a big fan of Unison, despite it's myriad failings in the eyes of users of other newsreaders. Like most programs it's a matter of whether you can hotwire it to work efficiently for your own use. But the interface for 2.x seems such a pain. Of course it seemed a pain when I moved from [unnamed product] to Unison initially. I'll probably try to migrate soon and see if I really can acclimate to it. -- Thank you and have a nice day.

I upgraded and have grown to like it. My initial frustration was with the thread view option; I couldn't figure out how to get it to jump to the next thread without using the mouse. I hate using the mouse unless I have to. So I changed to the overview option and it works like I am used to (using the space bar for navigation). -- Paul Goodman

And (as mentioned in the previous post) I had bent Unison v1 to my will in that regard. -- Thank you and have a nice day.
