From: Vfal on 22 Feb 2010 20:52 Sorry, I started getting confused. I have not had an opportunity to follow through with your instructions for disabling Email scanning and then proceed with the other instructions tho I did try Bruce's steps to no avail. I will be unable to get to this problem for a day or two but will surely let you know the results when I do. I cannot thank you enough for your patience and persistence. From: Vfal on 23 Feb 2010 19:08 Bruce and Pa Bear: Thank you for all your help. I resolved the problem by not resolving the problem. I downloaded and installed Windows Live Mail which is a neat program. I would have had to go thru a lot of trouble uninstalling and reinstalling McAfee without email scanning if it could even be done and then try to troubleshoot OE all over again. Now I am up and running and am able to send with no problem.
