I might add, so would I. LOL.

| So there will be no way to show proof of the allegations. Therefore,
| there will be no justification to carry on the war. Such is the nature
| of closed door negotiations. You might as well stop trashing them, as
| you will be in violation of those negotiations.

No way!

I am in violation of nothing.

| Thanks for that, at lease you had first hand experience with it. I
| installed it and it only discovered one item that turned out to be a
| false positive and that was before I got back on line to update the
| database. The update downloaded without any problems, but a short time
| after that, I got this alert from my firewall that the actual program
| exe attempted to access the internet (which I denied) and then another
| one of the files attempted it also (which I denied). I uninstalled it.
| A shame because it does have real time protection and incremental
| updates, both of which MBAM charges a fee for. Anyway, just to be fair
| to both parties, I got rid of MBAM also and installed SAS.

That's fine. SAS is Nick Skrepetos' software and it is good.

| A court date? seriously? :) C'mon.. you know very well it's impractical
| to sue a chinese company for copyright infringement. It's not illegal in
| that country; they're proud of stealing.

Watch this video from 60 minutes.

Take note at about 1.5 minutes into the video.

You can sue any foreign company in USA Federal Courts; collection of a
financial damages is an issue.
