There was *no* government funding in its development though. It
would have been a nice light fighter for the second and third

At least some of the Nigerians are very busy spammers and scammers.
I get 20 to 50 e-mails wanting me to move lots of money (of which I'm
promised a big cut), if only I'll give them direct access to my bank
accounts, and my SS number.
