From: Claus on 11 Jan 2008 20:48 As a test, I would disjoin the XP notebook from the domain (don't forget to test a login with the local admin before you do this), add it to a temp workgroup and the rejoin it with ConnectComputer. From: Leon N on 12 Jan 2008 10:21 At least for the XP notebook this works! The Vista machine doesn't. Although I hardly have any error message, the profiles are not synchronised with the server. It seems the Vista notebook has a time-sync problem (129) and 2 User Profile Service warnings (1515 and 1511). And the profile is not taken from the server. It is a new user I created for this test. At another workstation I can opdate the profile (e.g. favorites) "Claus" wrote: > As a test, I would disjoin the XP notebook from the domain (don't forget to > test a login with the local admin before you do this), add it to a temp > workgroup and the rejoin it with ConnectComputer.
