From: Doug Robbins - Word MVP on 24 May 2010 03:25 Does the File Transfer Manager open? If so and the download completes, have you had a look in the following folder C:\Users\[user name]\Downloads\Microsoft Answers NNTP Bridge You should see a Microsoft Answers NNTP Bridge V1.zip file Alternatively, if you click on the Download link under the Download single file heading, you should see a File Download dialog that gives you the option to open or save the file, the name of which is Microsoft_Answers_NNTP_Bridge_V1.zip -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis. From: abrielle on 24 May 2010 06:11 OK thanks, I have that set up now. I have added the Answers in my Windows Live Mail Newsgroups as per Suzanne's instructions. I can get a list of newsgroups but there is no mention of the ones I have added online in My Forums, i.e. the Word forums, in the list. The only one shown in English is for IT developers, not .wordcreate, .wordgraphic, and ..wordshare. I have Use NNTP Bridge checked in my forum preferences. Can you help, please?
