Maybe not. I know it can go both ways on iWork.com though, so maybe a
later addition?

Yeah, I get "unable to back up your iPhone because iTunes was unable
to connect" msgs while it's copying stuff to the iPhone. Huh?

Yes, I've had a few times as well. The dock's plugged straight in the back
of the Mac, no USB hubs.
