I'll probably regret this...

When the previous PWH CD was compiled, the developers of the various
items were contacted to determine whether the products could be
redistributed, I assume they all assented.

I would be surprised if the same effort was not made this year.

One would hope Gary but going by what I've seen posted here, no, this
has not been done, hence, the quandry PWH finds itself in trying to
