I doubt if a single example of a breach exists.

The original post isn't about licences but tries to make 3rd parties
think badly of Pricelessware and ACF.

As Me.Here said, and now you have concurred, there isn't one dose of lie
in whistleblowers statements. Pricelessware is a criminal scheme which
the end result of is international intellectual property violations and
the selling of freeware under the guise of donations.
