I feel your pain. I've had sciatica and it certainly isn't any fun.
Fortunately only once and it wasn't crippling. My wife gets it every ten
years or so. I just got over a pinched nerve in the neck which all but
paralyzed my left arm. It took about six weeks and then another four to get
any strength back. Good luck and kick some more Demonicrat butt.

I heard that complaint (prices crashing) from a wizened old Gulf
fisherman on PBS' Newshour a couple weeks ago. "Don't no one want no
oily shrimp," he cried.
