It is a natural sleep aid. Any drug store and most grocery stores sell it in the Vitamin area of the store. Take a tablet or two about a half hour to two hours before your normal bedtime. It allows you to sleep, it doesn't force you to. http://www.medicinenet.com/melatonin-oral/article.htm The only side effect I have had is being a little groggy when I first wake up, when i first start taking it. it isn't a long term cure for sleep problems, but short term use will let you get back to your usual sleep routine. -- Anyone wanting to run for any political office in the US should have to have a DD214, and a honorable discharge.

I'll be fine. very rarely have sleep problems, often sleeping by 8:30 or 9:00 up by 5:30 or 6:00, just a special time in my life, supper soon and I'll be off in la la land. I need to rest we expect pick up about 2000 pounds of shrimp tomorrow. I'll try to be kind to my back :-{ 60 to 70 pound bags, I'm down about 150 Lb now myself. Thanks, Mike PS. One of the quirks of human nature, I learned when I had the severe sciatic nerve pain When you tell anyone about your back or pain they have their own story and you never get to tell yours. Ahh those humans.

Trust me, as someone who doesn't care much for shrimp in the first place, greasy shrimp isn't much better.
