Ah, but via Time > Machine and not the system disk... You can use Migration Assistant to move a PPC installation to a new Intel Mac. There shouldn't be any problems. Daniele

There shouldn't be any problems. I'm sure, but it's proved totally impossible here; in fact, compared to setting up several previous Macs, this one has been a nightmare. Like trying to get the Bluetooth keyboard to work on the iG5. Also impossible. Still, I can always use a Nimitz with an adapter, so it should be okay. Just not the way I expected. As I said; the one thing I *expected* to give me trouble- Eudora- just worked. Superbly. As usual. -- Peter

Hmmmm... Left a para out there... On the new iMac, I will use the TactilePro, so I will use the Nimitz on the iG5, which is a going to Geneva to work on dialup. Shuffle shuffle down to Buffalo... -- Peter
