From: Adrian Tuddenham on 13 Mar 2010 04:19 Until last night, Google worked perfectly well on all my browsers, this morning I find I have to turn off Javascript in iCab 3.0.5 to get it to work, although it will still work with Javascript switched on in iCab 2.9.9 and Mozilla 1.3. What have they changed? -- ~ Adrian Tuddenham ~ (Remove the ".invalid"s and add ".co.uk" to reply) www.poppyrecords.co.uk

As far as I can tell, nothing at all. It's all working here, no matter how I access it (mainly via Firefox 3.5.8 and Safari 4.0.5). I can't help thinking (remembering using Mozilla 1.3 [shudder] when it was the best available) that you are losing out a great deal by refusing to use OS10. -- Peter

They recently dropped support for IE 6. Can you make your browsers behave like something more recent? -- Chris

They are just not bothering to check on IE6. -- Woody www.alienrat.com

Why have they gone to the trouble to identify and exclude iCab? -- ~ Adrian Tuddenham ~ (Remove the ".invalid"s and add ".co.uk" to reply) www.poppyrecords.co.uk |
