You should see some things with docs bailing out of MCare in the next 1-3 years (probably MUCH earlier if the 21% pull back survives. The Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services had expressed concerns about docs limiting the number of MCare patients they will take before passage. When the changes in MCare Advantage (they have pulled a lot of the subsidy to "punish" the insurance companies forgetting that the subsidy lowers the premiums for those elders using it) kick in. Polls show that those who had it LOVED it. You see what is happening already since they pulled the tax games they played with Part D so that companies wouldn't just stop their plans and dump them all in Part D.
