As per photos, it is implied that they are mine and not to be used without my permission unless stated otherwise. What's so hard to understand about that? I really don't see what all the fighting is all about. Every creative person has a right (there's your human rights for you) to expect that other people respect a person's ability to make a living at his pursuit of art, music, science, or whatever without having to fear that someone is going to come along and usurp respected norms of behavior and confiscate his creation ("intellectual property", as it were). How can I claim to charge a given price for a photo I worked hard to produce if it is suddenly in the public domain and not mine so to speak to have a claim to? Rediculous! Good night!
