Are the systems getting the timeout problem at the same location as those
not having a problem? I ran into a similar issue with some XTRAS that was
caused by our firewall (CheckPoint). It seems there was something in the
files that our firewall was believing to be a virus. Our IT dept. set up
exceptions for those files and the problems ceased.

Thanks for the feedback - that certainly gives us something else to check.
Two of folks who got the timeout errors are on the same network, same location.
I'm a telecommuter, I work from home and I got the timeout error on ONE of my
systems, but I'm not logged into that network and I don't use the same firewall
as at the folks back at the home office.

Also, I got the timeout error on only one of my three computers. The two
running Windows XP had no problems. The third is running Windows Vista, and
was originally configured/set up by the same network administrator that set up
the systems for the individuals who were testing for me. (I configured/set up
the two Windows XP systems myself.)
