Shared Calendar Hi, Our Company VP has shared his calendar with his assistant, who went on leave and had set OOF. now when somebody schedules a meeting with the VP they are getting the OOF replies. outlook freezes when viewing in day,week, month mode Hi, WHen I navigate to the calendar function Outlook 'locks up' and does not respond. Waiting for the activity to proccess does not work and i have to close it down and re-open. However, if I change to view to the list mode this doesn't occur. Automatic acceptance of a meeting request Can someone please help me. I have a situation where I have been given share access to two other calenders. When I set up a meeting for one of my boss's and send the request out I get an automatic acceptance from him, even though he is not even in the office. Pop up reminders? Whoever decided this is part of the out of touch brian dead clan at MS. Geez who would imagine that users would want the OPTION to have a remider opoup on top of other windows!?!?!? Meeting Organizer Appears as Subject We're using Exchange 2007 with a mixture of Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007 clients. Recently several entries have shown up on Resource Room calendars with the meeting organizer showing in the subject line. Request for "working remotely" status Currently time can be marked as free, tentative, busy or out of office. I frequently see the need for a "working remotely" status.
