Preventing appointments outside office-hours So I have enabled my Calender(Office 2007) to auto-accept new appointments. Sender info not viewable through OL, but is viewable through OWA Running Exchange 2007, OWA 2007, and Outlook 2003. When a Meeting Request is sent to a public calendar, and you edit the item, you can see who originally sent the request IF you view that public calendar through OWA. Shared Calendar View I am unable to see the activities on my co-workers calendars in a Shared Calendar Folder view. I assume since they sent me invitations to share their calendars, that I would automatically have permissions to see their public activities. They can see my activities just fine. Why can't I see other mutually shared calendars? I have the same problem - others have shared their calendars with me. I can see them in my Shared Calendars Folder. They can see my activities.
