How do I set up a docket tracking calendar in Outlook? I am working for a not for profit that performs a legal service. We are trying to find a way to better manage our docket. We have reporting intervals that run every 15, 30, 60, 90 days. Is there anyway that I can enter an event on my calendar that will generate the due dates on those intervals? ... 12 Mar 2010 12:49
Scheduleing Appointments for others... My "Dismiss All" for Calender reminders is unserviceable Fix?? From time to time for example, on start up, "a reminder" note would appear. It might refer to one past event or several. The "Dismiss All" box when "clicked" did what it should dismissed them all. Recently on start up, all such reminders previously dismissed re-appear. how to encrypt text in a diary entry when inviting a user? I regularly set up meetings and appointments with other users where merely the purpose or content of the meeting is very sensitive. Attaching encrypted documents deals with particular problems but even the subject line of the diary entry may "give away" confidential info when "inviting" others to the meeting. ... 13 Mar 2010 03:14

Remember date when switching windows If I am entering an event in the future in calendar and then switch to the email window to look at an email and then switch back to calendar, it defaults to the current date.
