And the biggest reason of all....the UK system is still far less expensive
(total cost) and more effective than the US system. Her claim is that
patronage, stealing, etc., will rob a nationalized health care system of
money, and make it inefficient and expensive.

No, she thinks that way because she spends too much time in her own head,
and invents all sorts of wacky scenarios that simply don't and won't come
true...then claims that those scenarios are credible becuase "she knows how
things get done" and "she knows how people are". She really, really needs
to get out of her own head for a while and get a reality check.
