The problem with an unanswerable "cop" is if your Government decides to do something _not_ in the interests of Justice and Fair Play there is nothing anyone else can do about it. Very true and it is a shame that is the way the world views the US. It is also a shame the US appears to react to this world opinion by saying it is everyone else's fault for not getting them [the US] or similar instead of thinking about why people have the low opinion of the US, in spite of all the good they do. (IMHO) When people are children they exhibit this attitude, one of the marks of being an adult is realising when it is time to accept what others think of you is, at times, important.
