I am reasonably familiar with the area, either that valuation is too low or
it won't last long. Long live the speculative REIT.

Dresden was a joint effort, commanded by the UK RAF. The RAF bombed
through the night, and the USAAF took over during the day.

Quite. That's why 'Bomber' Harris (commander of RAF Bomber Command) gets
the blame.
