Sudden X11 forwarding glitch - Can't open display "localhost:10.0"

I'm getting Can't open display "localhost:10.0" for ssh -Y 192.168.1.1 X11app Everything else works fine, console apps like Lynx, nano, etc. Its just the X11 apps that can't seen to get hold of the X11 display, even t... 11 Feb 2010 16:10
network mirror
The subject line is a bit unclear. What I want to do is copy the contents of an ext3 partition over a network, run lilo on the drive, and have it work. I have a Slackware based house server and I would like to upgrade the HD with as little downtime as possible. My thought is put the new drive in another machine,... 10 Feb 2010 19:04

Httpd installs stuff into DocumentRoot dir ?!?
Has anyone noticed spurious stuff in their '/srv/httpd/htdocs' directory after an httpd upgrade? I've found a 'manual' directory and an 'index.html.new' file (containing Apache's "it works!" page) in my site's root directory after the latest security upgrade. This doesn't seem right. -- head -n1 /etc/... 4 Feb 2010 19:05
