I would imagine it means you are a lot better as a teacher and worse as
a software developer. Which all things considered, is probably not such
a bad thing

I got 21. Some of the questions may put me at the disadvantage, one of
them asking if you find it difficult judging people's expressions or
something like that. A few of those but 21. Whatever it actually
implies is interesting.

The author of the test - in the book this is ripped from - explains that
it isn't to be taken too seriously. But then, these type of tests never
should be...
