Yes, but there may not be a TWAIN driver (is that the right word?) that
works with 10.6.2.

Graphic Converter worked fine with my Epson Perfection 2450 up to 10.5,
but not with 10.6 for that reason.

Since Rowland has a scanner, and also has GC, first thing to try might
be TWAIN-SANE, as this is free. I had a lot of trouble with its earlier
versions, but the latest seems to work.

Otherwise there is VueScan.

I have a Canon multifunction that I'm quite happy with. It's
surprising how handy it is to be able to photocopy things.

I was extremely unimpressed with the Snow Leopard drivers for my
MP980. For printing across the wireless network it failed with
unhelpful messages like "communications error" 9 times out of 10.
Fortunately the latest drivers seem to have fixed it:

They have also fixed the problem with Firefox crashing the second
time you print anything.

Presumably fairly old. As mentioned in my other post, it almost
certainly has TWAIN, but not Snow Leopard compatible TWAIN.

I have no idea about Epson's update policy for antiques like Rowland's.
Only way to find out is at Epson's support/downloads site.
If there isn't,it's not GC that is to blame.
(had no problem updating the drivers for my scanner)

Which may also depend on the factory driver.
