But that is what war is like. We need to just get through things and survive somehow. Do you really suppose an earthling and I could ever easily communicate? If you use flashblocks, what - excuse the French - is the ing trouble then? So what if some sites require Flash? Use Flash block till you are good and ready to unblock. Let them sit in tabs (they will just relax and have some quiet tea and hot cross buns while waiting for you, they won't bother the CPU, honest). You don't want to block them and you are not ready to watch them? What are you ready to do? To complain about the situation? The world is not a perfect place. I have suggested a strategy for you. Is it me or is it you that is going mad? If me, let me know, I will put myself in voluntarily. But give me some proof, what will I say when I go to casualty? What? You just don't like big corporations? I don't, actually, find Adobe apps any more "annoying" in terms of UI than any other. And I don't find Flash any more of a "CPU hog" than anything else.
