"Hard" is subjective. "Harder", certainly. But if you're (the general you, not specific) using it as a phone in the car, you're presumably using a handsfree, in which case you can be on a phonecall while the sat nav is doing its thing. And the music can either be controlled with a stereo that supports iPhones, or (less slick) using the home button double-press to bring up the music control overlay. That said, I think it's too fiddly for regular use. If it's only used once in a while (occasional use rather than emergency use, IMO) it's fine. Well, reception problems that I have reported aside, that is. But this problem applies to all converged devices, and unfortunately everyone will have a different opinion of which features need to be prioritised in the "make it easy to use these together" stakes. So there's no real solution. -zoara- -- email: nettid1 at fastmail dot fm

Copilot has an iTunes control within it so you don't need to leave the application. -- Woody
