Have you tried other videos? Because those videos do look to be incredibly dark when viewed here, but other videos on YouTube are fine.

I just had a look at that- at least the first few minutes where he walks and talks and waves his hands in New York and then three interviews- and on my iG5 it's perfectly okay, not too dark at all. -- Peter

It was an interesting piece, as far as I watched it. I think the answer is really 'better'. Relating to the original query about darkness, what machine are you using to view it? Because, like you, on both the macs I have used to view it, the brightness is absolutely fine. -- Peter
