Altera crappy I/Os weren't fixable. Xilinx software was easily fixed by using Synplify.

Linux may be an alternative at that point. Lets face it: if you want to run XP software you'll need something like a virtual machine to run it on Win7. So why not run XP in a virtual machine on Linux? Engineering software is always behind and upgrading is costly so WinXP compatibility is required for several years. -- Failure does not prove something is impossible, failure simply indicates you are not using the right tools... nico(a)nctdevpuntnl (punt=.) --------------------------------------------------------------

Going from -48V to +140V was the most extreme. -- Failure does not prove something is impossible, failure simply indicates you are not using the right tools... nico(a)nctdevpuntnl (punt=.) -------------------------------------------------------------- |
