I called MS service department for help, but they said they won't prvide me with free help becasue MS IRM software is free. Unless I'm willing to pay 150 yuan (about $20). Global issue,ms's customer department did not give us an exactly answer by now.Just becuse IRM is a free services? about 4 days past,still no reply !
