Religion/peace: Archbishop Desmond Tutu (South Africa)

Head of Roman Catholic Church: Pope Benedict XVI (Germany/Holy See)

Ex-President and Human rights campaigner: Mary Robinson (Ireland)

Pianist/conductor: Daniel Barenboim (Israel/Argentinia/Spain)

EU President: Herman van Rompuy (Belgium/EU)

Another 5 seconds or so (longer to type). Your "dare" was for two.
I've done ten with no effort.

Don't ask for more. This is a VERY boring game.

I didn't ask for more, I asked ARE there more? Simple answer, yes.

No matter how many you list, what is the answer to that question?

"YES".

If you insist on making claims without standing behind them, then there
is no reason at all to prove anything.

Of course not. So?

I've made no claims that you're not a world figure. I'm sure that I'm
no expert in world affairs. So, it is only sensible that, if you claim
to be a world figure, I request some sort of evidence regarding this
claim.

At least, usually, when I make a claim, I intend to persuade others that
it is true. If they are unpersuaded and ask for evidence, surely it is
sensible to provide it. Why make a claim like this and refuse to share
evidence that it is true?

What a strange request! Name two non-Anglo world figures?

My guess is that

a) he thinks we[*] are stupider than he is.
b) and he knows of no (or almost no) non-Anglo/American world
figures[+].

and therefore presumes that the folks in the "100+" countries
that he claims are his audience know fewer than this.

I'm guessing that he thought he was playing four aces, and
has had a nasty surprise on turning his cards over.
