Snow Leopard Security (unwanted snooping)

Can anyone recommend a 3rd-party 24-inch monitor for Mac minis?
I'm looking for a 24-inch monitor on a stand that can raise or lower the monitor and be used with the Mac mini. Powerbook G4 as backup for a MBP?
I recently upgraded from a Powerbook G4 15" 1.33GHz to a 15" MBP. Originally I was thinking about keeping the PB G4 for some types of travel but more so as a backup Mac. S/MIME mail signatures and encryption (for Leopard)
