From: Steen on 27 Mar 2010 05:56 I recently switched from MacSOUP to MT-NewsWatcher, and haven't regretted it. Only thing I miss is MacSOUP's way of putting a little dot in answers to my postings. I haven't found out how to make MT-NewsWatcher do the same. I that possible in MT-NewsWatcher?

You can create a Filter to color messages that are replies to you by matching messages with "references" containing your message ID. -- Send responses to the relevant news group rather than email to me. E-mail sent to this address may be devoured by my very hungry SPAM filter. Due to Google's refusal to prevent spammers from posting messages through their servers, I often ignore posts from Google Groups. Use a real news client if you want me to see your posts. JR

I always goof around checking out various newsreaders (MacSOUP have been my number one choice for several years), and I just gave MT-NewsWatcher a shot. All other newsreader have been deleted very quickly by me...but I grew pretty fond of MT-NewsWatcher |
